Shipping Policy

Every Echo Crystal Bowl is made to order by our craftspeople in China. Please allow up to 15 days for production, followed by FedEx delivery. Most orders arrive within 28 days of purchase.
Shipping Rates
United Kingdom — $50 flat shipping fee on all single bowl orders. Free shipping on all set orders and any order totalling $1,100 or more.
United States — $50 flat shipping fee on single bowl orders. Free shipping on sets and orders over $1,100. US import tariffs are included in the FedEx shipping cost — no additional charges will be applied at delivery.
Rest of World (including Bali and Indonesia) — Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Local import duties and taxes are not included and remain the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Delivery Times
Production: approximately 15 days from order confirmation.
Shipping: approximately 10–13 days via FedEx from dispatch.
Estimated total: delivered within 28 days of purchase.
All orders ship via FedEx with full tracking. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched.
UK Customs
UK customs duty may apply to orders with a declared value over £135. If applicable, this will be handled at the point of delivery. We are unable to predict or guarantee the outcome of customs assessment. For further information please contact UK Border Force or HMRC.
Damaged in Transit
In the rare event that your bowl arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Returns & Refunds

Because every Echo Crystal Bowl is made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Each bowl is crafted, tuned, and prepared individually — it is yours from the moment production begins.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your bowl arrives damaged or with a defect in sound quality or craftsmanship, we will make it right. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
— Photographs of the bowl and packaging
— A description of the damage or defect
— Your order number
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund within 5 business days of receiving your claim.
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 45 days of your purchase date, please get in touch. We will investigate with FedEx and, if the order cannot be located, will issue a full replacement or refund.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, production will have begun and cancellations cannot be accepted.

About Us
Echo Crystal Bowls is operated by Campbell Ventures Group LLC, a company registered in the United States. Our products are made to order and shipped directly from our manufacturing partner in China via FedEx.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Once an order is confirmed, production begins within 1–2 business days.
Prices are displayed in US dollars and are correct at the time of listing. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time without notice. Changes will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.
Made to Order
Every bowl is made specifically for the customer who orders it. Production takes approximately 15 days. Delivery takes a further 10–13 days via FedEx. Total estimated delivery time is 28 days from the date of purchase.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at the time of order. We accept all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Echo Crystal Bowls does not store payment details.
Intellectual Property
All content on echocrystalbowls.com — including copy, photography, branding, and design — is the property of Echo Crystal Bowls and Campbell Ventures Group LLC. Nothing on this site may be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Echo Crystal Bowls is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability in any matter is limited to the value of the order in question.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be subject to US jurisdiction.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
